Power Flow

Gentle Flow
New to yoga? Come join us for a class designed to introduce you to the flow and balance of a vinyasa power class. Vinyasa means to link breath with movement. This class focuses on transitioning between poses – This class offers additional guidance and moves at a gentler pace compared to our All-Levels sessions. Students will learn basic alignment and build strength each week to support their budding power yoga practice. Perfect for beginners and anyone who wants to review the basics.
Morning Yoga is a revitalizing practice designed to awaken your body, mind, and spirit. A refreshing blend of energizing sequences, breath work, and mindfulness techniques to kickstart your day with positivity and vitality. This class offers longer-held poses to investigate the nuances of your alignment. Expect specific alignment instructions and greater awareness of the breath. You will go deeper and learn more about the postures! All levels of experience welcome.

Restorative yoga promotes profound relaxation by encouraging extended holds in poses, supported by props for complete comfort allowing for effortless relaxation in poses and facilitating physical, mental, and emotional tranquility without strain or tension.
Rocket Yoga/ Ashtanga
Rocket Yoga is a dynamic and empowering yoga practice that blends elements of traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with a modern twist, designed to elevate your practice to new heights. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just beginning your journey, Rocket Yoga offers a unique and exhilarating experience that will leave you feeling energized, balanced, and fully alive. This 70-minute sequence introduces a playful approach to asana sequences, allowing you to explore your practice with creativity and freedom.
